Ric Dunstan, father of Andrew (‘04), Jonathan (‘07), Benjamin, and Phoebe and husband to Donna, passed away on 18 December 2021.

Ric was a Paediatric Specialist operating in the Sydney and Macarthur regions for over 40 years, and a member of the School’s community from 1999. He was involved in Trinity’s P&F Association as well as the Fiesta Committee. His passion for Rugby Union made him an avid supporter of his boys on Saturdays, where the family made many lifelong friendships.

In 2000 Ric co-founded the Kids of Macarthur Foundation to raise financial support to contribute in buying equipment for the Children’s Hospital in Campbelltown. The Foundation is now over 20 years old and has raised over six million dollars.

Ric was a caring father, grandfather, loving husband, and respected member of the many communities he was involved both in his professional and social lives. He was indeed a giver to many. He will be deeply missed and his hard work ethic and kind-natured legacy will live on through our communities for many years to come.
